Herbert Smith Freehills has been awarded the European Corporate Deal of the Year Award for their work advising Bonum Capital investment fund at The Lawyer European Awards 2019 on Tuesday 19 March in London.

The firm were involved in the acquisition and subsequent sale of a controlling interest in Vozrozhdenie Bank, which included multiple jurisdictions and a cross-practice effort to support the client in navigating structural complexities.
