Simon is a commercial litigator in the insurance disputes practice.

Simon assists clients from a range of industries in insurance-related issues (including placement, coverage disputes and regulatory investigations) but with a particular focus on banks and other financial institutions.

Simon is focused on delivering strong commercial outcomes and has begun to develop close relationships with many of the firm’s key clients. His experience has so far covered the following sectors and areas: construction, cross-border work, tax disputes, regulatory investigations (domestic and international), cyber events, and financial institutions.

Simon holds a BA(Hons) degree in English Literature from the University of Cambridge.
