Kimberley undertakes a wide range of real estate work focusing on property development, real estate aspects of infrastructure and renewables projects, acquisitions, disposals and major leasing. Kimberley has acted for clients on acquiring, developing and disposing of commercial, retail, agricultural and industrial sites.
Kimberley assists clients on:
- preparation and negotiation of contracts of sale, property development agreements and other associated development documentation for the sale and purchase of commercial and residential properties
- advising on land ownership issues and project documentation for PPPs in Victoria
- drafting, negotiating and advising on structuring of land tenure acquisition for large-scale renewable energy projects (including options to acquire wind and solar farm leases, electrical transmission line rights, options to purchase land and related agreements)
- advising foreign buyers on the acquisition of Australian agricultural land
- preparation and negotiation of agreements for lease and leases for commercial offices.
Kimberley holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Monash University and is admitted to practise in Victoria.
