Advising on the sale of Barakaldo Shopping Centre, Bilbao, Spain (for an amount of €170 million). We acted for the seller Oaktree, and the purchaser was Lar Socimi (a Spanish REIT)

Advising on the structured £560 million acquisition and financing of CityPoint Tower. The building, located in the City of London, comprises 708,000 square feet across 36 floors
