Recent Experience


Acting for Lendlease on the development, subdivision, lease and sale of the three commercial towers at Barangaroo, Sydney, Australia. Our role has included negotiating the initial project delivery agreement and form of ground lease, preparing and negotiating agreements for lease and building management statements, and the sale of interests in all three towers to international investors

Merry Hill Shopping Centre

Acting as international counsel for the QIC International Property on the A$795 million sale of its 50% economic interest in UK shopping centre, Merry Hill. We advised on all aspects of the disposal, including vendor due diligence and operation of the online data room, negotiation of the transaction documents and co-ordination of other advisers and officers in various offshore jurisdictions

Amundi Immobilier

Advising on the acquisition of a pan-European office building portfolio consisting of a total of 17 properties located in 6 countries (France, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Austria and Finland) for a total amount of approximately €1 billion from Union Investment Real Estate


Advising on its 50:50 joint venture with Allianz Real Estate to acquire the Project Jewel loan portfolio from NAMA for €1.85 billion, anchored by Ireland’s largest shopping centre, the 1.5m sq ft Dundrum Town Centre

Advising Capital & Counties on their £5 billion development of Earl's Court, London

King's Cross Central

Advising London & Continental Railways on the sale of their interests in the King's Cross Central Limited Partnership having advised LCR on aspects of this world-class regeneration project in London, UK since 2006
