Herbert Smith Freehills is pleased to be joined by a new specialist workplace health and safety partner, bolstering the firm’s market-leading workplace health and safety team.

Aaron Anderson begins working in the firm’s Brisbane office today as part of the Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety (EIRS) team. He joins as an acknowledged leader in the market, having advised on some of Australia’s most complex and sensitive workplace health and safety matters.

Mr Anderson’s practice spans workplace health and safety law, industrial relations and regulatory and compliance matters. He advises clients across various industries including construction, resources, energy, retail, tourism, life sciences and transport.

Herbert Smith Freehills Regional Head of Practice for the EIRS team, Miles Bastick, said Mr Anderson’s appointment is a demonstration of the firm’s continuing investment in its workplace health and safety expertise.
