Joe Moorcroft-Moran

Joe expertise covers the full range of UK and EU competition law. He has advised clients in a wide range of sectors on litigation stemming from competition law breaches (or alleged breaches), investigations from competition authorities, obtaining merger clearance for transactions, general competition law compliance advice, and the effect of Brexit on competition law in the UK.

Joe is particularly experienced in competition litigation, having acted on some of the most complex and high profile competition claims in the High Court of England & Wales and the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal, including a number of collective proceedings (competition class action) cases. Joe is also an assistant author of the competition claims chapter of "Class Actions in England and Wales", the leading textbook in the area of competition class actions. Joe is also a Solicitor Advocate.

Joe read law at Downing College, Cambridge and also holds a postgraduate diploma in competition law from King's College London.
