Catherine is an associate in the London real estate team and specialises in construction law.
Catherine has experience acting for developers, employers, contractors, and consultants on a variety of commercial, residential and mixed-use construction projects. Catherine advises on procurement strategies and drafts and negotiates key construction contracts. This includes building contracts, professional consultant appointments, collateral warranties and related documents.
Background
Catherine qualified as a solicitor in 2021. Prior to joining HSF, she trained and worked at the largest specialist construction and energy law firm in the UK. Here, Catherine gained experience in construction litigation, international arbitration, adjudication, and non-contentious construction.
