Advising High Speed 2 Limited on the procurement of the infrastructure, rail systems and rolling stock for the new HS2 railway, with the project having an estimated value of £45 billion

London Tideway Super Sewer - a £4.2 billion project

Advising the Bazalgette Consortium (Allianz Capital Partners, Amber Infrastructure, Dalmore, and DIF) on its successful bid to undertake the financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the £4.2 billion Thames Tideway Tunnel, a project with a novel regulatory framework, and ongoing advice to the project vehicle including the construction programme and the establishment of the Project Bond Issuance Programme

Hinkley Point C New Nuclear Power Station

Advising NNB (a subsidiary of EDF) on all aspects of its nuclear new build programme in the UK, including its Contract for Difference with the UK Government, the Funded Decommissioning Programme and Waste Transfer Contract. Hinkley Point C is the first nuclear power plant in the UK for a generation with construction costs of circa £18 billion
