Alice acts for a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, landlords and government, with particular experience advising on large scale commercial real estate developments, urban renewal projects and acquisitions and disposals. Alice has strong insight into the various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, given her significant experience in both real estate and environment and planning.
Alice is currently practising in London, having previously practised with Herbert Smith Freehills in Sydney, Australia.
Alice's experience includes advising:
- NSW Government on the sale and long-term leasing of major assets in Sydney CBD
- NSW Government on two major urban renewal projects, including the provision of social and affordable housing
- Lendlease on the acquisition and disposal of two commercial office buildings in Sydney CBD
- Infigen Energy in relation to the Bodangora Wind Farm
Alice holds a Bachelor of Science (Human Geography) and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours).
She is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
