Alice Nelson
Alice advises clients on commercial real estate developments, acquisitions and disposals.
Alice acts for a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, landlords and government, with particular experience advising on large scale commercial real estate developments, urban renewal projects and acquisitions and disposals. Alice has strong insight into the various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, given her significant experience in both real estate and environment and planning.
Alice is currently practising in London, having previously practised with Herbert Smith Freehills in Sydney, Australia.
Background
Alice holds a Bachelor of Science (Human Geography) and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours).
She is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
