Weili advises on intellectual property and data protection in the technology, media and telecoms sector.

Weili advises clients in the TMT sector, particularly on data protection and intellectual property issues. He has experience advising clients on foreign direct investments in China and trans-border merger and acquisition transactions. Weili also has extensive in-house experience in the TMT sector.

Background

Weili graduated with a bachelor's degree in law from Wuhan University School of Law, China. He gained his master's degree in law from Peking University Law School, China and from Stanford Law School, US.  He was admitted as an attorney in the State of New York and passed the PRC Bar exam. Weili is fluent in English and Mandarin.
