Rani is an associate in the Employment, Pensions and Incentives practice and is based in Singapore.

Rani provides strategic and robust advice a broad range of cross-border employment-related issues across Asia and is recognised as a rising star in the APAC labour & employment category  IFLR 2022.
 
Rani advises clients on employment issues arising out of corporate restructuring, including the implementation of regional redundancies.
 
Rani also regularly works with clients on day-to-day employment law  issues straddling the lifespan of an employment relationship, including drafting and reviewing employment-related contracts, advising on termination of employment, employee management and litigation management across Asia.
 
Rani has experience in acting for financial institutions, corporations and high-net worth individuals in complex and multi-jurisdictional disputes.

Background

Rani is admitted as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore. She is fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Melayu. 

She graduated with Magna Cum Laude from Singapore Management University on ASEAN Scholarship. At SMU, she was placed on the Dean's List and represented SMU in international mooting competitions.
