Caroline Joyce
Caroline is a senior associate in the In-house Counsel team at Herbert Smith Freehills.
Caroline joined the in-house counsel team in 2020, and advises on a variety of professional risk and compliance issues.
Caroline had previously spent over 10 years specialising in asset finance, with a focus on cross border aviation and rail. She has acted for export credit agencies, financial institutions, lessors and security trustees.
Caroline was selected as a "Rising Star" by Aviation Finance Journal (AFJ) in 2016 and by Euromoney in 2019.
In the rail sector, Caroline built her expertise by spending three years from 2009 to 2012 working as in-house counsel at a leading UK rolling stock leasing company.
