Andrew Deaney

Having practiced as a litigator, Andrew joined Herbert Smith Freehills in 2022 to assist on a large-scale remediation scheme for a high-profile client on an extremely sensitive matter. Since then, he has provided direct support to the London Disputes team on a prominent public inquiry. He has also assisted in providing QC support in a document intensive disclosure exercise.

Background

Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 2019 after training with the Office for the Attorney General of Northern Ireland. He practiced civil litigation with a highly regarded firm Belfast, specialising in plaintiff property-damage and defence personal injury claims.
