Assisted entry
If you require assisted entry we recommend you contact the reception before arrival - Tel +44 28 9025 8200
Inside the office, if you require further assistance, please come to the reception area and the office operational staff will be able to assist.
Parking
There is parking available at the office. Please note you must let us know if you require a parking space in advance of coming to the office. These spaces are allocated and booked on a first come basis.
Next to the office there are several NCP facilities with dedicated accessible parking spaces available.
Entrance and exit
Front:
The main entrance at the front of the office is accessed via a ramp. The permanent access ramp is on the right as you face the building and provides principle access to the building. Press the intercom for access number 2.
Rear:
Another access entrance/exit is provided at the rear of the building. This is reached via the service road on the eastern side of the building, this is on one level. You must let us know in advance if you wish to access the office via this entrance so the office operational staff can open the entrance.
Office operational staff are available for assistance if required.
Inside the building
All public areas inside the building can be accessed on the ground floor with rails to assist and two lifts (as well as stairs).
Evacuation chairs are also available in the event of an emergency evacuation of the building.
Accessibe toilets
Wheelchair-accessible toilets are located on the on the ground floor of the building to rear of the main lobby.
Assistance dogs
We welcome guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance dogs in the office.
Reception desk
The reception desk is located on the ground floor. Our operational staff welcome any questions you may have and will take any coats, bags etc. that you may want to store while in the office from you on the ground floor at the reception desk.
The reception desk is DDI compliant for wheelchair accessibility.
Seating
Seats and benches are available throughout the office at varying heights and styles.
Assisted listening systems
An audio-induction loop is available in reception area.
