Yorick’s experience ranges from regulatory matters and liaison with regulators to mergers and acquisitions and offers of financial products and includes advising on all aspects of retail and wholesale funds management, including structuring and establishment of real estate investment trusts.
Yorick acts for Australian and international financial services organisations in relation to a broad range of matters, including advising on all aspects of retail and wholesale funds management (including structuring and establishment of funds, operating and restructuring funds, outsourcing and termination of funds), funds/financial services equity capital markets transactions and funds/financial services providers’ mergers and acquisitions.
Yorick has acted for:
- The independent directors of AMP Capital on the $13 billion + stapling merger of the AMP Capital Diversified Property Fund with Dexus Wholesale Property Fund
- AXA on its acquisition of Eureka Funds Management with $4.2 billion+ of assets under management
- Clean Energy Finance Corporation in relation to its establishment of and its investment into a range of sustainable investment funds, including with Macquarie, Mirvac and EG Group
- Commonwealth Bank of Australia on the funds and regulatory aspects of the sale of CFSGAM, its global asset management business to MUTBc
