Yohann is a senior associate in our corporate team in Paris.

Yohann advises companies on domestic and cross-border transactions including public and private M&A.

Yohann acts as a lead associate advising both listed and unlisted companies on M&A transactions and corporate governance matters across a range of sectors, including technology, healthcare, consumer products, media and telecommunications.

Yohann is admitted to the Paris Bar. He is a French native speaker and is fluent in English.


Yohann graduated from the Université of Paris II Panthéon Assas, with a Master 2 degree in business law. He also holds a postgraduate degree (magistère) in business law (DJCE).
