William Wong

William has extensive experience advising on public mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. He has worked on major Australian and cross border deals across various industries, including financial services, industrials, and energy and resources.

Prior to joining the firm, William worked in the M&A Legal team at one of Australia’s largest financial institutions where he advised on a range of transformative deals and strategic investments for the organisation. He has also worked in a commercial role at an investment bank and brings a wealth of financial knowledge and insights to his legal advice. William began his career at another top tier Australian law firm.

William holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Business Law and Finance) from the University of Western Australia. He is admitted as a solicitor in the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
