Vrinda is an associate in our dispute resolution division, based in the London office.

Vrinda advises clients with global operations in the consumer, financial services and other sectors. She has worked on a range of complex commercial dispute resolution matters that include High Court litigation, regulatory investigations, internal investigations and pre-contentious advisory. She has particular experience with breach of contract disputes. She completed a secondment with HSF's Paris office as a trainee and was also seconded to our Emerging Technology Group.

Vrinda contributes extensively to the firm's pro bono practice. She regularly advises litigants in person on civil procedure in English county courts and the High Court, and assists refugees and asylum seekers through applications to the European Court of Human Rights with the Rule 39 Initiative. She has also conducted research on the human rights consequences of the use of technology in courts. Vrinda was a co-chair of the London BAME Trainee Committee and is also involved with our India practice, supporting on the firm's partnerships with Indian universities.

Background

Vrinda is qualified as an Advocate in India and as a Solicitor in England and Wales. She graduated from National Law University, Delhi in 2019 as a Gold Medallist in the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (B.A. LL.B.) (Honours) programme. She speaks English and Hindi.
