Vincent Danton advises clients on structuring and setting up securitisations, factoring transactions, and portfolio transfers, both domestic and international. Vincent has also advised many banks and several asset managers on the refinancing of several different types of loan (infrastructure, real estate, etc.), and has been recently involved in transactions involving fintech companies.
Vincent's experience covers financial and banking regulatory issues as well, and he often advises a wide range of clients on this subject area (credit institutions, insurance companies, fintech companies and asset managers). His expertise also extends to payment instruments.
Vincent holds a Master's degree (DEA) in general private law, a post-graduate degree (DESS) in banking and finance law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, as well as an LL.M in International Business Law from University College London.
