Thandeka Diremelo
Thandeka is an associate in the corporate department based in Johannesburg.
Thandeka has been involved in various transactions for both domestic and international clients across various sectors, including mining and telecommunications, with a particular focus on the energy sector. As part of her work, Thandeka regularly advises clients on matters relating to corporate governance and statutory compliance, and she has experience in the drafting of commercial agreements, corporate and constitutional documents as well as with corporate administration.
She also has extensive experience advising clients on renewable energy projects under the South African Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Programme, as well as private projects.
