Teresa is an associate in the employment, pensions and incentives practice in the Madrid office. 

She has extensive experience advising national and international clients on a wide range of matters, including negotiation of employment and top executives' contracts, collective negotiations, internal and external flexibility measures, judicial procedures, conduct protocols and internal investigations, etc. She has worked on large and often multi-jurisdictional transactions in various sectors of energy and infrastructure, banking, etc., and on recurrent employment advice. Her experience abroad, her language skills and the fact that she has worked for multiple foreign companies are an asset to her development practice.

Background

She has a degree in Law by Universidad Loyola (Spain), partially studied at Creighton University (USA). She also has a master's degree for the Admission to the Bar by Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE)(Spain). She speaks Spanish and English. She is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM – Madrid Bar Association).

Prior to joining the firm, she completed a year full-time internship as a trainee lawyer in the Madrid office and conducted internships in several major law firms in Spain.
