Stephanie is a corporate lawyer specialising in equity capital markets, growth capital and M&A transactions.
Stephanie is an associate in our corporate team. Stephanie advises both UK and international clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including venture and growth capital raisings, initial public offerings, secondary capital raisings, public takeovers and private M&A transactions.
Background
Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Exeter University, and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in London. Stephanie has spent time on secondment in the Tokyo office of a leading international law firm.
