Stella Rieusset
Stella is a Senior Manager in our Legal Operations Advisory team, based in our Melbourne office.
With over 10 years of experience in legal process design and improvement, Stella is skilled in using a range of collaborative design, strategic foresight and process improvement techniques to drive transformation agendas and create constructive spaces for lawyers to problem-solve and co-design solutions with their clients.
With a background as a practising lawyer, Stella understands the challenges and opportunities inherent in legal process and has over 6 years’ experience delivering legal process design and transformation programmes for in-house legal teams across a range of industries and sectors.
Stella works with clients to lead and successfully deliver legal transformation projects focussed on a wide range of people process and technology-driven solutions, including advising clients on legal function transformation, data-driven approaches to redesigning key processes and practices, and designing and delivering technology-enabled solutions that drive oversight and efficiency. Stella has also led a range of legal transformation projects at HSF.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, AgilePM, Design Thinking and PROSCI Change Management certified.
