Stanley advises investment banks and corporate clients on capital markets transactions across Asia Pacific.

Stanley has extensive experience of advising investment banks and corporations on a range of PRC related corporate finance transactions, including equity capital market transactions, debt capital market transactions, and other cross-border transactions.

He advises broadly on initial public offerings, private placements and rights issues, as well as investment grade, high yield and sovereign debt offerings under Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Stanley's practice covers a broad range of industries, including healthcare, TMT, consumer products, financial services, education, energy and natural resources, and real estate. His title in Hong Kong is Senior Registered Foreign Lawyer (New York - USA) for local regulatory reasons.

Background

Stanley is admitted to practise law in PRC and New York, USA. He obtained a master's degree in law from the East China University of Political Science and Law in China and from the University of Michigan Law School in the United States.

Stanley is fluent in English and Cantonese, and is a native Mandarin speaker
