Sian Greenley

Sian advises a range of clients across a number of different sectors on both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.

Sian, working closely with colleagues across the firm, advises on sophisticated M&A transactions and has a great deal of experience advising clients with COVID-19 related issues. Sian also has particular experience of acting for clients in the employment tribunal, with a focus on discrimination and "worker status" litigation.

Sian also designs training programmes for HR teams on key employment law issues and supports the firm's pro bono practice, advising and supporting individuals who may not otherwise be able to access legal advice.
