She has experience working on commercial disputes involving claims of misleading or deceptive conduct and contractual disputes for both domestic and international clients.
Sascha’s experience includes:
- acting for a multi-national Dutch fishing enterprise in a contractual and misleading or deceptive conduct dispute in the Federal Court of Australia against an Australian fishing company
- defending proceedings brought against a former ASX listed international financial investment and advisory firm regarding a failed investment in a fleet of railcars
- acting for two companies belonging to a former, global investment and advisory firm in a complex, commercial dispute involving allegations of breach of fiduciary duties and misleading or deceptive conduct
Sascha holds a Juris Doctor (First Class Honours) from The Australian National University. She also has a Bachelor of International and Global Studies from the University of Sydney.
Sascha was admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2017.
