Sally has experience advising both trustee boards and sponsoring employers on a wide range of non-contentious pensions matters for defined benefit schemes. As well as general advisory work on the governing documentation of schemes and interpreting pensions legislation across a range of issues, she has advised on pension scheme mergers, benefit re-design projects (benefit changes and closures to future accrual), de-risking projects and funding work including setting up an asset-backed contribution arrangement and flexible apportionment arrangement.
Sally qualified in 2006. After 9 years in the Pensions practice at another global law firm, Sally joined HSF in 2021.
Sally is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and previously sat on the Education & Seminars sub-committee.
