- Equitix Investment Management on the acquisition of 55% of the share capital of Telecom Castilla-La Mancha, one of the largest independent tower companies in Spain owned by Teleseñal and Inversiones Corporativas, by a Spanish special purpose vehicle fully-owned and managed by the client
- Quarza on the acquisition, from individual shareholders, of a majority stake of Hispamoldes, a Spanish company specialized in mould engineering and manufacturing and plastic injection for the automotive sector
- Nazca Capital on the estimated €45 million acquisition of Diater, a Spanish biopharma company specialised in the treatment of allergies with immunotherapy, from Grupo Ferrer, a leading group in Barcelona.
