Sebastian is an associate in the corporate energy and infrastructure team.
His experience includes advising a range of clients on private mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, project development, and general corporate matters across the renewables, mining, energy, and resources sectors.
Sebastian previously spent six months in the firm's Sydney office on secondment, as well as six months with the construction disputes team, and six months with the ESG team.
Background
Prior to converting to law, Sebastian gained an MChem in Chemistry from Oxford University.

- Transmission Capital Partners as preferred bidder for the East Anglia 1 offshore transmission networks in the TR6 Ofgem auction round
- Iberdrola, through its subsidiary Scottish Power, on the acquisition of a portfolio of 12 solar PV plants in the UK from Elgin Energy
