He advises on the establishment and operation of a variety of cash and share-based incentive arrangements for listed and private clients, both in the UK and internationally. He also advises clients on the incentives aspects of corporate actions, including takeovers and reorganisations.
Scott works with clients on the incentives aspects of corporate governance issues, remuneration reporting and executive compensation. Scott also advises on the recruitment and termination of executives and financial institutions on remuneration regulation.
