Ronan advises on many types of domestic and cross-border listed and unlisted M&A transactions, joint ventures, capital markets and corporate governance matters.
Ronan advises large listed and unlisted companies and has strong expertise in food and consumer, real estate, banking, energy and technology sectors.
He is a member of the Paris Bar. A native French speaker, Ronan is fluent in English.
