Polina advises high-profile clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including private merger and acquisitions for both bidders and sellers, joint venture arrangements and other corporate and transactional matters.
Having previously undertaken a secondment to EDF's nuclear new build legal team, Polina is familiar with the demands and pressures facing in-house teams.
Background
Prior to converting to law, Polina gained a B.A. (Hons) in Classics from Durham University.
Polina was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2021.
