Panashi Devchand
Panashi is a Senior Associate in the Corporate group.
Panashi has experience in advising Australian and foreign companies on a range of transactions including equity capital raisings, public company takeovers and private M&A, as well as providing advice on general corporate, compliance and governance issues.
Panashi co-authored the 2014 and 2015 editions of the Herbert Smith Freehills’ annual Public Mergers & Acquisitions Report on public transactions conducted by way of takeover or scheme or arrangement. She also assisted with preparing the 2011, 2012 and 2013 editions of this report.
Prior to returning to the Perth office in 2019, Panashi spent over 3 years working in London.
Background
Panashi graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2011 with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce.
Panashi was admitted to practice in November 2012.
