Owen's experience includes advising:

the administrators of the Nortel EMEA business in relation to the global insolvency of the Nortel group including in respect of the pan-European CVAs
Three Hills Capital Partners LLP on re-cutting the economics between Three Hills and the existing shareholders of Hunter Boot Limited
a global provider of remote communication and IT solutions in respect of English law aspects of its US Chapter 11 proceedings
British Land on its challenge of the Virgin Active Part 26A restructuring plans
Owen holds an MA (Cantab) in Classics from Downing College, Cambridge, having graduated with first class honours in 2015.
