Owen is a versatile and strategic litigator who regularly advises clients on navigating complex commercial and regulatory disputes.
Owen has also worked with clients across a range of industries and sectors including natural resources, superannuation, insurance, pharmaceuticals, private equity / venture capital, financial services and banks.
Background
Owen holds a Bachelor of International and Global Studies from the University of Sydney and Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales. He is currently a Master of Laws candidate at the University of Melbourne.
Owen was also an Associate to the Hon Justice Stewart of the Federal Court of Australia.
He is admitted to practise as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
