Nikita is an associate in our Insurance & Professional Risks team. She is a commercial litigator with a particular focus on professional liability and has represented several international law firms on a broad range of matters. She also has disputes experience in insurance coverage, trusts and contentious employment matters.
Background
Nikita studied law (JD) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is triple qualified to practice law in England & Wales, Hong Kong and New York. Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills in 2022, Nikita worked in the litigation team of a leading independent Hong Kong law firm.
