Experience
Nicole advises on a wide range of industrial relations and general employment law issues. She has advised major corporate clients on enterprise bargaining, resolution of employment and industrial relations disputes, performance management and restructuring and redundancy issues. She also works collaboratively with the Corporate team to deliver practical and robust employment advice in relation to sale structures and transactions.
Nicole ensures she establishes a clear understanding of client objectives at the outset to enable her to deliver high quality, client-focused work.
Nicole’s recent experience includes:
- advising national and international companies in relation to enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes
- advising national companies in relation to enforcing restraints of trade clauses against former employees
- advising national companies in relation to restructuring and redundancy issues
- providing employment and employee separation advice in relation to a number of resources sector corporate transactions
Background
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from The University of Queensland and is a volunteer at the Mental Health Civil Legal Clinic (QPILCH).
