Natalie has experience advising clients on commercial disputes, regulatory investigations and compliance issues. She has particular experience in international arbitration.
Natalie has worked with leading Australian and global companies across a range of industries and works on matters with a multi-jurisdictional dimension.
Natalie is closely involved in the office's community, reconciliation and pro bono work and serves as the co-coordinator of the Community Health and Justice Partnership clinic with LawRight.
Natalie's recent experience includes:
- acting for a project company in SIAC arbitration proceedings regarding the construction of a refinery and petrochemical complex in Vietnam;
- advising a retail company on modern slavery risks within their supply chain;
- advising on a payment remediation program and associated engagement with regulators.
Natalie holds a Juris Doctor (First Class Honours) from Bond University and Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology (First Class Honours) from St. Francis Xavier University in Canada.
Natalie was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in 2020.
