Natalia is a Russian qualified lawyer specialising in banking and finance. She has been involved in advising clients on project financings, syndicated and bilateral lending, structured finance transactions, debt restructuring.
Natalia has advised on a number of complex, award-winning transactions which involved innovative solutions and structures.
Natalia's experience includes advising:
- Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC as the project company's legal adviser in connection with construction, procurement and financing of a gas processing plant in Amur region
- the project company on the project financing of the transmission gas pipeline from the border of Bulgaria across Serbia to the border of Hungary
- RusChemAlliance as the project company's legal adviser in connection with construction and financing of its new integrated gas processing and LNG liquefaction project development in Ust-Luga, Russia
- VTB Bank, State Development Corporation VEB.RF and Far East Development Fund on an up to US$2.8 billion project financing for construction of the Nakhodka Fertilizer Plant project in the Far East, Russia
Natalia graduated from the law school of the Griboedov Institute of International Law and Economics. She also holds a diploma in linguistics from the Tomsk State University.
She re-joined the firm in 2019 after several years with another international law firm.
