Prior to joining the Corporate Energy team at HSF, Meghan's experience includes:
- advising Aberdeen City Council in relation to the procurement of a hydrogen production and distribution facility
- acting as part of a cross-disciplinary team advising the Scottish Futures Trust in relation to the Scottish Hospitals Inquiry
- advising various Scottish local authorities on the development of landfill-ban compliant residual waste solutions and providing associated drafting support
- acting for Hydro Ludens Limited in relation to a Scottish hydroelectricity project financing
Meghan qualified in September 2021 after completing her training contract in Edinburgh, with seats in (1) Corporate, (2) Finance, (3) Infrastructure, Projects & Energy, and (4) Contentious Construction. She has experience advising on energy and infrastructure projects as well as complex public procurements.
