Meghan's experience includes advising:
 

• the lenders on the financing, development and operation of one of the UK’s largest energy from waste facilities, which will process 1.4 million tonnes of waste a year
• a confidential client on the development of a CCUS-enabled hydrogen production facility in the UK
• a confidential client on the construction, installation and commissioning of tie-in facilities between natural gas terminals and the provision of interface and transportation agreements between the facilities
• a confidential client on the acquisition of a fertiliser blending facility located in the Netherlands (including competition and compliance due diligence)
• Birmingham Highways Limited in connection with the restructuring of the £300 million PFI contract for the building and maintenance of the road system in Birmingham
