Max is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution Practice specialising in insurance litigation and advisory work.
Max has experience of working on a range of high value, multi-jurisdictional and commercially sensitive insurance disputes. In particular, he advises clients on coverage disputes concerning D&O, Warranty & Indemnity (W&I), Cyber, Professional Liability and CAR policies. He is also experienced in assisting clients to draft policy wordings. Max also works with clients to pursue and defend high value professional indemnity claims.

- conducting a successful mediation for a broker client on a high value and complex brokers' liability claim*
- advising on the recovery action brought against a FTSE 100 client stemming from a high value coverage dispute litigated in Italy*
