Mary-Rose is a solicitor in the Projects, Energy & Infrastructure (Corporate) team in Perth.

Mary-Rose advises clients on transactions and projects in the energy and resources sectors, including oil and gas exploration and production, pipelines and renewables. Her experience includes acquisitions and divestments on both an asset and company level, due diligence, joint ventures, commodity sales and transportation and regulatory matters.

Mary-Rose holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Western Australia.
