Marion is a Solicitor Advocate responsible for leading Herbert Smith Freehill's pro bono practice across 12 offices in the US, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Our pro bono practice focuses on access to justice, human rights, charity advisory, international development and social impact investment. We provide pro bono legal services to clients including charities, NGOs, social enterprises, the governments of developing nations and marginalised individuals.
Marion works to build a flourishing pro bono culture within Herbert Smith Freehills through the development of pro bono projects which use our lawyers' technical skills to maximum impact nationally and internationally.
She has a particular interest in access to justice in the UK and in the use of technology to support the delivery of free legal advice. Marion is a member of the Administrative Justice Council's Pro Bono Panel. She is also a trustee of South West London Law Centres and the Asylum Support Appeals Project.
