Melody is a Manager in the Disputes ‘Alternative Legal Services' group

Melody is a dispute resolution specialist practicing in the Disputes team of the Alternative Legal Services practice group.  Melody works in a leadership role in the team with an experienced and growing team of qualified lawyers, legal analysts and eDiscovery specialists.

Melody has more than 11 years of international legal experience in top tier firms including Clayton Utz (Melbourne), Linklaters LLB (London) and most recently in the legal department of UNESCO (Paris).

Before taking up her role with ALT, Melody was involved in large scale commercial litigation and international arbitration.  At Linklaters, Melody worked on a prominent arbitration which was heard at the London Court of Arbitration.  In her role with the legal team of UNESCO, Melody advised Member States, organs of the Organization and other departments on legal matters including dispute resolution.  In this role Melody was also responsible for defending the Organization at the ILO Administrative Tribunal from claims raised by staff members.

Melody holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts (Adelaide University) and a Masters of Laws (Melbourne University).
