Maya is an associate in our dispute resolution practice.

Maya’s practice focuses on commercial litigation.  She advises clients and litigates across a range of sectors on a wide variety of commercial disputes.

She has served on teams representing clients in U.S. state and federal courts in complex and high-stakes disputes.  

Maya also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Background

Maya received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her B.S., summa cum laude, from Eastern Michigan University.  Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Maya was a complex commercial litigation associate at the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
