- ING, Société Générale and Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited as lenders and arrangers on:
- their US$500,000,000 senior secured reserve based lending revolving facility to PT Medco Malaka and PT Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi, which served to refinance two separate existing facilities; and
- the syndication of the facility to a lender group of 12 banks including Bank Mandiri, DBS, BNP Paribas, Natixis, Standard Chartered, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, HSBC, Mizuho, MUFG and UOB.
- Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank as documentation bank and the syndicate of lenders on the exercise of a US$100,000,000 accordion feature within, and the extension of, an existing reserve based lending (RBL) facility to Salamander Energy plc, a subsidiary of Ophir Energy plc, to US$350,000,000.
The increase followed the completion of the acquisition by Ophir of certain Southeast Asian oil and gas assets from Santos Limited announced on 6 September 2018.
Letizia read Law and European Legal Studies at the University of Southampton, UK and spent one year studying Economics and Company Law at the Université Paris Sud, France. She gained her legal practice diploma from BPP Law School in London and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2019. In 2018, Letizia was seconded to the firm's Singapore office for six months. She is fluent in Italian, English and French.
