Laura is a Senior Associate and charity law specialist who advises on all laws applicable to Australian charities. This includes advice on registration, tax, governance, structures, compliance and the workings of the ACNC and ATO.

Laura is passionate about helping her clients identify and deal with legal issues in an efficient and practical manner, so that they can focus on their purpose of serving their beneficiaries and the public. HSF’s charity practice is delighted to have been awarded Band 1 rankings in the Chambers Asia Pacific guide since the inaugural year that charity law was recognised as a practice in the rankings and in each subsequent year.
