Lydia Moore
Lydia provides advice in relation to both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters and has advised on a variety of Employment Tribunal claims (particularly cases involving unfair dismissal, disability, race, sex, pregnancy and maternity discrimination, harassment and whistleblowing).
Lydia has a particular focus on issues surrounding the protection of employee data and provides practical solutions to handling sensitive employee data subject access requests.
Lydia has advised on complex investigations (particularly in a regulatory environment), and in a capacity as a legal adviser and external investigator. Lydia has gained valuable commercial experience from two secondments to a large financial institution, working within a dynamic in-house Employment Legal team for over 18 months. Lydia also has practical in-house experience assisting a global energy supplier on their implementation of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime.
On the advisory side, Lydia has extensive experience with grievance and disciplinary matters, as well as advising on day-to-day employment queries, including cross-border employment advice projects, and issues arising from acquisitions, and employee documentation throughout the employment lifecycle. Lydia has worked on a number of complex and large-scale multi-jurisdictional projects, coordinating local advice on a range of cross-border issues for international companies.
