Léonor is Of Counsel in the Corporate Crime, Investigations and Compliance Department in Paris.

Léonor assists clients (French and foreign companies as well as natural persons) from a range of sectors at all stages of complex criminal proceedings. Her practice also includes advising clients on mitigating criminal risk and the implementation of tools for the prevention and detection of corruption (in particular in relation to Article 17 of the Sapin Law 2 as well as international corruption) as well as in the context of internal investigations. She also has strong experience in press law and the protection of privacy.

Background

Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Léonor worked in Corporate Crime departments of several leading law firms in Paris.

She is a graduate of King's College London, the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and ESCP Europe.

Léonor is fluent in French, English and Italian.
